Description & Requirements
Who we are looking for

  • Minimum 3-4 years experience as project assistant or project coordinator at multinational company
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree
  • Excellent English and Hungarian language knowledge and communication skills (both oral and written)
  • High level computer literacy (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Structured and flexible way of thinking and working, good priority setting skills
  • Problem-solving skills
  • Pro-activity and ability to work independently and in a team
  • Interested in digital technologies

Advantages:

  • Knowledge any project management tools (MS Project preferred)
  • Any project management training or certificate (CAPM, PRINCE2, PMP)
  • Experience in Agile project management
  • Experiencing with BI reporting tools (Power BI preferred)

Your future role

  • Supporting Digital Transformation projects
  • Significant role in the development of Audit Quality at the project level (e.g., management of corporate development and strategic projects)
  • Regular and successful execution of corporate project management activities, and participation in its continuous development
  • Setup and maintain project plans, follow up of deadlines with project members and stakeholders
  • Support in preparing meeting documents and agendas
  • Coordinates collaboration and liaises closely with project teams
  • Preparation of various reports
  • Carrying out and managing the administration of various systems
  • Keeping regular contact with other departments
