The Opportunity:
As a
Talent Sourcing Partner
, you will be involved in the company's talent acquisition initiatives which includes working as a pool with Talent Acquisition Partners, to provide support with external talent identification and generating market insights. Your main responsibilities include:

• Sourcing and identifying talents for active requisitions and build talent pipelines aligned with Talent Persona frameworks using various sourcing techniques (e.g. Boolean search)
• Researching from all channels to put together a diverse market/talent mapping list, with the guidance/coach from the Recruiting team
• Being a Sourcing expert, which includes sharing expertise broadly with business leaders and the wider Talent acquisition community
• Conducting outreach to candidates to engage interest, and conducting phone screens to evaluate candidates' availability, suitability and general fit for the role
• Working in partnership with the aligned Talent Acquisition Partner to align on and present the best suited candidates to the Hiring Manager
• Contributing to the development of recruiting/pipelining process improvements and projects as needed
• Positioning Roche as an employer of choice with candidates to attract the right talents

Who you are:

• You have an expertise in internet searching and creative sourcing techniques with continued interest in learning the latest search methodologies
• You are passionate about delivering results and being highly customer oriented
• You are able to influence stakeholders of all levels and negotiate for the best outcomes
• Expertise with finding the best talent, even if it means turning all the rocks. We have PhenomPeople, Workday, LinkedIn Recruiter, as a start but some of our niche positions target are on different platforms
• You have advanced language skills in English, both written and spoken; French language skills are a plus
