What you will do with us
• Talk to our customers on the phone, email, and chat – like a friendly wagging tail
• Provide exceptional service by listening, empathizing, and solving issues. We're all about happiness
• Keep records of customer chats – it's like taking notes on your pet's favorite playtime
• Team up with others to ensure the best customer experience
• Find ways to make our customers even happier and share your ideas. We're always up for a fun game of fetch
• Open to work in shifts, rotating 8:00 - 20:00, Monday to Saturday (5 days per week; 8 hours/per a day)
• Strong, fluent German AND English knowledge (written and spoken)
• Basic level English knowledge
• At least 6 months experience in a customer service role
• Good communication skills and being comfortable with handling phone calls in a positive and professional manner
• Has a solution-oriented mindset and a heart for customers
• Is willing to learn new tricks and pays close attention to detail
• Loves animals and ideally has sales skills
• Familiarity with MS Office and SAP is a plus
