Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated UI/UX Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in digital design, particularly in the learning industry, and be proficient in using Figma. You will be working on improving existing projects and developing new features, all while adhering to and expanding our design system. This role offers the flexibility of remote work or joining our office in Budapest.

Key responsibilities:

  • Design and refine user interfaces for web and mobile applications, ensuring a seamless user experience.
  • Develop and maintain a cohesive design system that supports multiple projects.
  • Collaborate with international teams to gather requirements and transform them into creative design solutions.
  • Participate in user research and testing to validate design decisions and improve usability.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in UI/UX design and incorporate them into your work.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer, preferably in the learning or educational technology industry.
  • Strong proficiency in Figma and experience creating and managing design systems.
  • A solid portfolio demonstrating experience with mobile and web applications.
  • Excellent command of English, both written and verbal, as you will be collaborating with an international team.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote or office environment.

Preferred skills:

  • Experience in conducting user research and usability testing.
  • Knowledge of front-end development principles and capabilities.
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
