Om jobbet

Du kommer til at arbejde for en IT-stærk virksomhed, der repræsenterer den virtuelle verden og som tilbyder både innovative og kundecentrerede informationsoplevelser. 

Dine arbejdsopgaver vil specificere sig mod:

  • Hands-on erfaring i indkøbsprocesser (her vil du undersøge indkøbsanmodninger og kvalitetssikre disse)
  • Oprettelse af indkøbsordrer og validering af vare-/servicekvitteringer
  • Håndtering af ledelsesgodkendelser og prisforhandlinger
  • Realisering af RFQ/P til leverandører
  • Udførsel af responsevalueringer og forhandlinger med leverandører 
  • Leverandørkontakt og opfølgning for rettidige modtagelser af materialer
  • Sikring af kvalitet og kvantitet af materiale/service og rettidig betaling til leverandører
  • Regelmæssige performance-reviews med interne og eksterne klienter
  • Opretholdelse af klientrapporter

Dine kvalifikationer 

  • Du er stærk på både dansk og engelsk (både læse, tale og skrive).
  • Du har 3-4 års erhvervserfaring i en lignende rolle og 4-7 års erhvervserfaring generelt.
  • Det er foretrukket, men ikke et krav, hvis du har arbejdet med markedsscanning, præsentationer og forhandlinger med interne interessenter og opfølgning af rammeaftaler med leverandører. Derudover ser vi gerne erfaring med MS Dynamics.
