The Role

We're looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to help drive Behavency's growth.

You'll be at the front line — identifying prospects, starting conversations, and creating qualified opportunities for the sales team.

It's a hands-on, fast-paced role where you'll learn quickly, experiment often, and see the direct impact of your work.

What You'll Do


• Research and identify potential customers across Europe


• Reach out via email, LinkedIn, and calls to start meaningful conversations


• Qualify prospects and schedule discovery calls


• Collaborate with marketing to refine messaging and outreach


• Keep everything organized in our CRM (HubSpot / Salesforce)

What You'll Bring


• Experience in lead generation, inside sales, or outreach (B2B is a plus)


• Strong written and verbal communication skills


• Resilience and curiosity — you love learning from every "no"


• A self-starter mindset and ability to work independently
