Job Description:

The Overseas Sales Representative is a critical role within our company, responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our market presence in the assigned regions. The successful candidate will be a dynamic and results-driven professional with a passion for international business and a deep understanding of the electronics manufacturing industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Achievement: Achieve sales targets within the assigned region by managing and developing a network of regional agents and key accounts, ensuring effective daily maintenance and growth of these relationships.
  • Market Promotion: Execute promotional activities within the electronics, automotive, and shipbuilding manufacturing industries, actively participate in business negotiations and other commercial activities within the region to enhance brand visibility and market share.
  • Competitor Analysis: Gather information on domestic and international competitors, providing data support for the company to formulate effective sales strategies.

Qualifications:

  • Educational Background: A bachelor's degree (preferably in International Trade or Mechanical and Electrical Engineering or related fields) or above.
  • Work Experience: Minimum of two years of work experience in the sales of intelligent manufacturing equipment in international markets.
  • Technical Knowledge: Understanding of electrical, mechanical, or laser-related professional knowledge.
  • Negotiation Skills: Possess strong customer negotiation skills, with sales experience in electronics or automotive manufacturing products being a plus.
  • Logical and Organizational Skills: Strong logical thinking and organizational abilities, with English as a working language.

  • A proactive approach to identifying sales opportunities and expanding business networks.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with clients and partners.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating adaptability in a fast-paced, international work environment.
  • Knowledge of international trade regulations and practices.
