Your Role: Level 2 Customer Service Advocate (English)
As part of our
Level 2 team
, you'll handle more complex customer issues and provide high-quality assistance to ensure subscribers enjoy a flawless streaming experience.
You'll also act as a point of support for other agents, helping resolve escalations efficiently and with care.
What You'll Do
· Manage customer inquiries in
English
via phone, email, and chat.
· Provide
accurate, friendly, and solution-focused
support for the streaming platform.
· Troubleshoot issues, handle escalations, and ensure smooth resolutions.
· Support other agents by sharing knowledge and ensuring consistent service quality.
Shift Requirements - Flexibility Is Essential
Our business operates every day from
6:00 to 22:00
, including
weekends and public holidays
. This role follows a
rotating shift schedule
, so your working hours will vary and being flexible is essential.
What You Bring
·
C1 level English
(spoken and written).
· A
clear, kind, and solution-oriented
communication style.
· Strong
problem-solving skills
and the ability to adapt quickly to customer needs.
· High attention to detail and multitasking ability.
· Eligibility to work in Hungary (EU citizenship or valid work permit).
· Previous customer service or CRM experience is a plus, but motivated newcomers are welcome too
