  • Kiemelt incidensek megoldásának vezetése, szakértő kollégák munkájának koordinálása;
  • Kommunikációs feladatok elvégzése a kiemelt incidensek során;
  • Incidensek dokumentációjának nyomon követése, felülvizsgálata;
  • Problémákhoz kapcsolódó megbeszélések szervezése;
  • Probléma feladatok dokumentációja, életútjuk nyomon követése;
  • Jelentések (belső és külső) és statisztikák készítése;
  • Incidensekkel, problémákkal kapcsolatos információk rögzítése tudásbázisban;
  • A pozíció normál munkarenddel rendelkezik készenléttel.

  • Rendelkezel üzemeltetési tapasztalattal;
  • Főiskolai vagy egyetemi végzettséggel rendelkezel;
  • ITIL ismereteid megvannak;
  • Aktív középfokú angol nyelvtudással rendelkezel;
  • Folyamatszemlélet, önálló, pontos és precíz munkavégzés és megbízhatóság jellemez;
