  • Kiemelt incidensek teljes körű kezelése
  • Szakértők bevonása a folyamatokba és koordinálása
  • Kapcsolattartás belső és külső partnerekkel, ügyfelekkel
  • Incidensek hatásának elemzése, szükséges eszkalációk kezelése
  • Migráció és auditfolyamatok támogatása
  • Tevékenységek dokumentálása és tudásmegosztás
  • Készenlét biztosítása a kritikus mérföldköveknél

Mit várunk tőled?

  • Legalább 3 éves releváns szakmai tapasztalat
  • ITIL folyamatok ismerete
  • Banki szektorban szerzett tapasztalat
  • Rendszerszintű gondolkodás, precizitás
  • Kiemelkedő kommunikációs és problémamegoldó készség
  • Határozottság, proaktivitás
  • Magyar nyelvtudás és magabiztos angol nyelvtudás
