Olyasvalakit keresünk, aki precízen és átláthatóan dokumentál, szeret összefüggéseket rendszerezni, és nem riad vissza attól sem, ha időnként JIRA vagy Confluence oldalakba is bele kell nyúlni.

Ez a pozíció nem klasszikus technical writer szerep — nálunk nagy hatásod lehet a csapat működésére, és lehetőséged lesz kicsit a business/solution analyst irányba is fejlődni.

Feladatok

Strukturált és jól érthető műszaki dokumentációk készítése banki partnerünk számára (specifikációk, leírások, folyamatok, útmutatók).

Meglévő dokumentumok rendszerezése, karbantartása és egységesítése.

A fejlesztői csapat támogatása abban, hogy a technikai tudás átadható és könnyen visszakereshető legyen.

Részvétel a JIRA és Confluence oldalak frissítésében, struktúrájának javításában.

A csapatdokumentáció minőségének javítása: segíteni, hogy az anyagok átláthatók, konzisztens és jól kereshetők legyenek.

Együttműködés különböző szerepkörökkel (fejlesztők, product owner, BA-k).

Elvárások

Affinitás a dokumentáláshoz és a strukturált gondolkodáshoz.

Kiváló írásbeli és szóbeli angol nyelvtudás.

Képes vagy meglévő dokumentációban rendet tenni, logikusan újraszervezni azt.

Precíz, alapos és önálló munkavégzés.

Junior BA/SA háttér előnyt jelent — ha érzed magadban az erőt, szívesen tanulnál és fejlődnél, akkor is várunk

Jártasság és affinitás JIRA és Confluence használatlára

Technikai beállítottság és problémamegoldó attitűd.
