We are looking for a Business Partner Manager to build and scale our ecosystem of sales and delivery partners across Europe.

You will be responsible for recruiting, enabling and managing partners, and turning them into a sustainable growth engine for our global products.

This is a hybrid role of sales + ecosystem + strategy: you understand enterprise software business, you can talk to CEOs of local partners, and you know how to design win–win business models.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and execute the partner go-to-market strategy for assigned regions (CEE).
  • Identify, recruit and onboard high-potential partners (resellers, ISVs, consulting/implementation firms).
  • Build annual business plans with key partners, including revenue targets, focus industries, solution plays, and joint marketing plans.
  • Drive pipeline generation with partners via joint events, webinars, campaigns, and account mapping.
  • Support partners in key deals: opportunity strategy, solution positioning, commercial structuring, and closing.
  • Work with internal sales, delivery, finance, and legal to ensure pricing and contracts are compliant and partner-friendly.
  • Collect and consolidate partner feedback on product, localisation, pricing, and competitive positioning, and bring it back to product and HQ teams.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in enterprise software / SaaS / ERP / cloud.
  • At least 3 years in channel/partner/alliances management or indirect sales.
  • Strong understanding of B2B enterprise sales cycles (ideally ERP, finance, HCM, or supply chain solutions).
  • Proven track record of achieving revenue targets through partners (co-sell, resell, or joint delivery).
  • Excellent relationship-building, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills; able to engage at the C-level with partner organisations.
  • Comfortable working in cross-cultural, distributed teams (Europe + global HQ).
  • Fluent English is required; Hungarian or another European language is a strong plus.
