As Junior Master Data Specialist you will be responsible for opening customers, vendors, material codes and maintaining them in SAP and JDE systems related to all countries of the assigned region. You will be based in Budapest and report to the Master Data Manager EE. To our new employee in this position we will provide a fixed-term contract for 1 year.

• Maintain the standard cost, purchase and selling prices in SAP
• Full support of all activities associated with NPD/EPD launches into the market
• Follow the Reckitt global rules for the creation and set-up of material codes
• Communication between the factories, commercial business and the Shared Service Group
• Ensure precise master data in Reckitt systems
• Create and maintain regular data reports
• Provide precise status info about material code creation for all related departments
• Manage the status of material, vendors and customers, and propose list for inactivation for the business
• Control the approval process flow set up
• Maintain PPG database and propose new PPG codes
• Support the finance team in year closing and opening (TP, Standard cost)
• Support all Master Data related project

• Bachelor's degree in a business-related subject
• At least 1 year experience in data or project management ideally within a fast-paced environment
• Fluent Hungarian and English
• Competent with PC tools and information systems with advanced knowledge of Excel
• Experience and/or understanding of integrated finance data handling
• Ability to manage workload and identify priority tasks to meet tight deadlines
• Strong communication and analytical skills
• High level of precision
