Summary:

The
Product Manager

is responsible for driving the product vision and execution across our business. This includes developing and maintaining the product roadmap, introducing new features, and ensuring seamless user experiences. The ideal candidate will combine strong product management expertise with a deep understanding of customer needs and market trends.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a product roadmap
  • Identify and prioritize new product feature opportunities along with improvement possibilities
  • Work with engineering to design and implement new features and functionality
  • Gather and analyze feedback from users and partners
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing and customer service teams to identify and target new opportunities
  • Manage the user experience in close collaboration with the UX designer
  • Work with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless user experience for the users of the given product
  • Identify and resolve product-related issues
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
  • Document product specifications and key decisions
  • Define and monitor KPIs and success metrics to evaluate product performance and drive continuous improvement
  • Define business needs and collaborating with stakeholders

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in product management, 5+ years work experience
  • Ability to navigate legacy systems while building scalable, modern solutions
  • Experience with agile development methodologies
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Experience with managing complex projects and cross-functional collaboration
  • Analytical mind with problem-solving aptitude
  • Exceptional communication skills that help you influence and align stakeholders, from engineers to C-level executives
