We're looking for a Social Media & Influencer Manager who lives and breathes digital culture and knows how to turn creators into brand storytellers.

Here, you'll step into a world where strategy meets creativity, and influencers become the voice of love brands. You'll work closely with international clients, creators, and production teams — crafting ideas, managing collaborations, and seeing your concepts come alive across platforms. Every day is different. Every campaign tells a story. And every success has your name on it.

What You'll Do

  • Drive the strategy. Be the trusted partner for your clients — from daily contact to proactive ideas and bold recommendations.
  • Build creator magic. Manage existing influencers, discover new talent, and make every collaboration seamless and inspiring.
  • Own the content flow. Plan, approve, and oversee social media content — ensuring the brand voice shines through every post.
  • Run campaigns end-to-end. Craft killer briefs, coordinate production, and make sure every idea lands with impact.
  • Bring activations to life. From giveaways to event appearances, you'll turn influencer moments into brand experiences.
  • Be on set. Support productions and shoots — especially when influencers take the spotlight.
  • Handle numbers like a pro. Request, negotiate, and finalize offers — balancing creativity with smart budgeting.
  • Measure what matters. Create performance reports that turn data into insights and insights into next-level campaigns.

  • Keep things running smoothly. Oversee contracts, invoicing, and logistics for products and prizes.

  • What We're Looking For

  • 2–3 years of hands-on experience in social media or influencer marketing.

  • A client-first mindset and strong business sense.
  • Strategic thinking and curiosity for new opportunities.
  • Platform fluency: Instagram, TikTok — plus the basics of LinkedIn, Pinterest, and YouTube.
  • Knowledge of social media content processes — from calendar planning to influencer coordination.
  • Confident English (spoken and written).
  • Top-tier communication and presentation skills.
