We are seeking a Hardware Design & Verification Engineerto work with cutting-edge technologies in the telecommunication, server, and automotive industries. The ideal candidate will be responsible for translating high-level engineering requirements into electrical designs, performing verification and laboratory measurements, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key tasks:

  • Be part of our highly skilled Electrical Engineering team

  • Work with state-of-the-art technologies in the telecommunication/server and automotive industry, including latest x86 platforms, high-end FPGA platforms, PCIe, Ethernet, DDR4/DDR5 etc. , high-speed digital interfaces.

  • Translate high level engineering requirements into electrical design

  • Electrical Verification and Laboratory measurements of our complex boards/products/systems

  • Follow technology evolution of electrical measurement methods and instruments

  • Understand electrical certification requirements and supporting certification activities

  • Cooperate with other design functional teams (Electrical Design, System Design, FPGA, Firmware etc.)

  • Develop new processes/tools which will make our work more efficient

  • Create and update corresponding design documentation (verification plans and reports)

  • Performing scope measurements

  • Conducting various laboratory tests and hands-on technical tasks

  • Preparing detailed test reports and documentation

  • Setting up and managing test LAN environments

  • Inspecting electronic boards, measuring and analyzing BUS systems

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor's/Master's Degree in Electrical, Mechatronics Engineering, or a related field.

  • 3+ years of experience in hardware electrical verification.

  • Familiarity with high-speed digital interfaces(e.g., PCIe, Ethernet) and low-speed digital interfaces(e.g., I2C, SPI, UART).

  • Hands-on measurement experience using Oscilloscopes

  • Good written and oral skills in English and in Hungarian.

PREFERRED ADDITIONAL SKILLS, PERSONAL TRAITS AND EXPERIENCE
  • Longer experience with low voltage power circuitry (DC/DC, LDO) verification

  • Active usage of any Schematic/PCB design tool

  • Hands-on experience in scripting language (python, Tcl/Tk, etc.)

  • Signal/Power Integrity simulation experience

  • Experience in working with Electrical certifications, or Electrical certification bodies .

  • Experience with WCCA calculations

  • Experience with DFMEA

  • Experience with automotive requirement handling, system analysis
