Olyan tapasztalt szakembert keresünk, aki érti az IT projekt környezet komplexitását, magabiztosan mozog technológiai projektek pénzügyi-könyvelési-riportolási világában, és képes a 3-5 fős csapat hatékony vezetésre egy dinamikusan fejlődő iparági környezetben.

Feladatok

* A gazdasági területek (pénzügy, könyvelés, kontrolling) operatív irányítása és személyes részvétel a feladatok elvégzésében

* Főkönyvi kivonatok, eredménykimutatások és mérlegek elkészítése

* Havi, negyedéves és éves zárások elvégzése

* Adó- és ÁFA bevallások, beszámoló készítése és benyújtása

* Adóellenőrzések, könyvvizsgálat és auditok koordinálása és lefolytatása

* ÁFA analitika és könyvelés ellenőrzése

* KSH jelentések és egyéb adatszolgáltatás készítése

* Pénzügyi kimutatások, éves tervek és előrejelzések készítése

* A vállalat cash flow forecast riportjának összeállítása

* Projektek pénzügyi kontrollja (szerződések és azok megvalósulása)

* Nemzetközi projektek és pénzügyi támogatások riportolása

* Részvétel a hatékony kontrolling rendszer fejlesztésében

* Napi kapcsolattartás az anyavállalattal angol nyelven

* Kapcsolattartás a társosztályokkal (értékesítés, beszerzés, logisztika, HR)

* Kapcsolattartás külső partnerekkel (könyvvizsgálók, bankok, hatóságok)

Elvárások

* 7 év tapasztalat a pénzügyi és gazdasági területen, tervezésben, elemzésben, mérlegkészítésben és vezetői pozícióban

* Felsőfokú szakirányú (pénzügyi-számviteli) végzettség

* Regisztrált mérlegképes könyvelői és IFRS képesítés

* Pénzügyi-számviteli és adójogszabályok naprakész ismerete

* Aktív számviteli és kontrolling ismeretek

* Aktív angol nyelvtudás (írásban és szóban), ami a napi munkához szükséges

* Kiváló excel tudás, PIVOT

* Microsoft Office programok ismerete, prezentáció készítés

* Kiváló rendszerszemlélet és igazolt vezetői készségek

* Proaktivitás, megoldás orientált szemlélet

* Kiegyensúlyozott személyiség

Előny

* COBRA könyvelőprogram ismerete

* IT és/vagy multinacionális környezetben szerzett szakmai tapasztalat
