Leendő Expert People&Culture Partnerként kiemelt szerepkörben számítunk támogatásodra a budapesti központtal működő, 12 ország operatív egységeit felölelő régió stratégiai és operatív HR kérdéseiben. Vezető beosztású személyként a felsővezetés közvetlen irányítása alatt te fogod nyomon követni az egyes országokra vonatkozó HR stratégiai irányok meghatározását és szakmailag irányítod a régió People&Culture csapatainak munkáját. Olyan elhivatott és tapasztalt HR szakembert keresünk, aki képes több országon átívelő projekteket összefogni és emellett személyes kompetenciái és szemléletmódja révén hozzájárul az emberközpontú vállalati kultúránk továbbfejlesztéséhez. A pozíció tekintetében az utazási hajlandóság is fontos szempont, mivel bizonyos időközönként szükségesnek tartjuk a régióhoz tartozó országok személyes látogatását is.

A pozícióban az alábbi főbb feladatok várnak rád:

  • felsővezetők támogatása stratégiai és operatív HR kérdésekben
  • HR stratégiai célok megfogalmazása az üzleti igények és a központi iránymutatás figyelembevételével
  • a meghatározott célok implementálása a régió országaiban
  • People&Culture Partnerek szakmai irányítása, fejlődésük támogatása
  • központilag meghatározott HR folyamatok bevezetése, működtetése (pl. potenciálmenedzsment, workforce planning)
  • toborzás, kiválasztás a menedzsment szintű pozíciókban
  • utódlástervezési és kinevezési folyamatok menedzselése
  • szervezetfejlesztési igények megfogalmazása, akcióterv kidolgozása
  • HR marketing költségek tervezése, felügyelete
  • szakmai workshopok vezetése
  • szervezeten belüli tudásmegosztás és tapasztalatcsere elősegítése

Elvárások

  • felsőfokú szakirányú végzettség (HR menedzsment, munka -és szervezetpszichológia vagy hasonló releváns szakon)
  • stratégiai fókuszú, mélyreható szakmai ismeretek
  • vezetői pozícióban szerzett tapasztalat
  • felsőfokú angol és német nyelvtudás
  • mobilitás (rendszeres külföldi utazás vállalása)
  • erős kommunikációs és interperszonális készségek
  • MS Office magas szintű ismerete
  • priorizálási képesség, időmenedzsment
