We're seeking a
Senior People & Culture Business Partner
to join our team and support our growing pharmaceutical packaging and logistics operations. In this strategic HR role, you will act as a trusted advisor to business leaders and employees, driving strategic HR initiatives and ensuring an outstanding employee experience. You will play a key role in translating Group HR strategies into impactful local actions, supporting organizational growth, and fostering a culture of engagement and high performance.
You will work closely with senior HR experts, the wider People & Culture team, and business stakeholders to deliver expert guidance, ensure legal compliance, and provide end-to-end HR partnership to your dedicated business areas.
Responsibilities
Strategic Partnership & Advisory
- Act as a trusted partner to senior leaders and line managers providing expert HR advice, coaching, and solutions aligned with business objectives.
- Translate global HR strategy into local actions.
- Support organizational design, change management, and transformation programs.
- Prepare business cases, decision support materials, and recommendations on structure and resourcing.
Employee Lifecycle & HR Operations
- Manage all employee lifecycle processes from onboarding to exit, ensuring a smooth and compliant experience.
- Ensure legal compliance across all HR processes, including contract changes, disciplinary actions, and terminations.
- Lead complex employee relations cases and advise management on labour relations strategies.
Performance, Rewards & Workforce Planning
- Drive the annual performance management process through to closure.
- Manage promotion and bonus cycles, support compensation planning.
- Act as a subject matter expert on benefits and reward-related queries.
Culture, Talent & Development
- Lead initiatives that strengthen company culture, employee engagement, and alignment with organizational values.
- Partner with the Talent team on learning needs assessments, leadership development, and talent management programs.
- Administer employee engagement surveys and support action planning to enhance employee experience
Continuous Improvement & Projects
- Actively contribute to HR projects, process improvements, and system implementations.
- Champion a collaborative, solution-oriented approach and identify opportunities to improve ways of working.
The Team and Stakeholders
You will work as one of the 3 Senior P&C Business partners of AMG Hungary. business Partners report directly to the Head of P&C, and are part of a 20+ people P&C organization.
Stakeholders shall be the C level Senior Management, Middle Managers, Team Leaders as well as other P&C colleagues.
Qualifications
About You, our future colleague
- University degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law, Psychology, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in HR Business Partner or similar strategic HR role
- In-depth knowledge of labour law, organizational design, and talent management practices Proven experience in driving change, managing reorganizations, and supporting leadership development
Skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset, with advanced MS Excel and M365 skills
- Full professional proficiency in both English and Hungarian (C1 level)

- Self-starter with resilience, attention to detail, and a proactive, solution-focused approach Excellent communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills at multiple organizational levels
