LeadQuarters is a new business development platform specialized in automated outreach and B2B lead generation. We help companies connect with the right decision-makers through tailored LinkedIn and Email campaigns, combining automation with a personal touch to deliver scalable and measurable results. LQ helps clients in fields such as tourism, real estate, retail and more to generate leads and sales.

Tasks:

• Platforms: Manage Upwork and other platforms end-to-end, from creating listings to closing deals.
• Proposals: Draft, adapt, and finalize proposals, ensuring quality and client alignment.
• Follow-up: Handle structured follow-up activities via email, calls, and CRM updates.
• Customer Relationship: Maintain ongoing client communication, upsell opportunities, and ensure client satisfaction.

Requirements:

• 2-3 years experience in Business Development, Sales, hospitality, tourism, or related fields.
• Strong communication skills in English (written and spoken).
• Ability to work independently, structured, and proactive in a remote environment.
• Interest in digital tools, automation, and sales systems.

Conditions:

• The role has a fixed compensation of $300 at 100% and a performance-based bonus.

Pay: 110,000.00Ft - 115,000.00Ft per month
