OTC Manager
. Apply and join this new project

Main responsibilities:

  • Oversee end-to-end Order-to-Cash processes
    , ensuring SLA/OLA and KPI targets are met
  • Manage and develop a global team
    of professionals, including team leaders
  • Collaborate closely with key stakeholders
  • Support
    process optimization
    in OTC processes, lead transitions and continuous development
  • Ensure budget adherence and compliance with internal policies
  • Support audit processes and month-end close

What you will need succeed…

  • BA / MA Degree in Business / Accounting / Finance
  • 10 years experience in OTC/AR and experience in Leadership
  • Fluency in English
