Partnerünk egy magyar tulajdonú, dinamikusan növekvő IT vállalat, amely modern szoftverfejlesztési és üzemeltetési megoldásokat biztosít keress magukhoz bővülés céljából Tech Lead-et a belső csapatukba.

Feladatok
  • Technikai irányítás: architekturális döntések, koncepcióalkotás, best practice-ek és kódkonvenciók kialakítása.
  • Mentorálás: a fejlesztők támogatása, motiválása, szakmai fejlődésük segítése.
  • Fejlesztés és minőség: hands-on kódolás, code review, CI/CD folyamatok fejlesztése.
  • Kommunikáció és együttműködés: aktív részvétel az agilis eseményeken, cross-funkcionális csapatmunkában.
Elvárások
  • Legalább 5 év .NET / C# fejlesztői tapasztalat
  • Magabiztos tudás: C#, Entity Framework, SQL
  • SOLID, Clean Code, design pattern szemlélet
  • Tapasztalat vezető fejlesztőként / Tech Leadként
  • Erős kommunikációs és problémamegoldó készség
  • Agilis és DevOps gondolkodásmód
