A pozíció ajánlata

Ebben a pozícióban egy nagy múltú, nemzetközi hátterű reklámügynökségnél, elismert nagy ügyfelek számára készíthetsz kiemelkedő kampányokat. Lehetőséged nyílik az önálló kreatív munkára, ahol minden projekt esetében saját koncepcióval kell előállnod, és a feladatok rendkívül változatosak, hiszen a kreatívfolyamatot a koncepcióalkotástól egészen a kivitelezésig te menedzseled. A munkád során folyamatosan rotálódnak az ügyfelek és a projektek, így nem kell tartanod a kreatív kiégéstől, és mindig új kihívásokkal találkozhatsz. Lehetőséged lesz megmutatni magad pitcheken, kampányokban, és aktívan hozzájárulni az ügynökség sikereihez.

Feladatok

A senior szövegírói feladatköröd komplex és sokrétű lesz, magában foglalva az alábbiakat:

  • Az account menedzserektől kapott ügyfélbriefek alapján, az art directorral szoros tandemben dolgozva, a kreatív projektek end-to-end megvalósítása és koordinálása.
  • Önálló, eredeti kreatívkoncepciók kidolgozása és azok hatásos prezentálása mind a kreatívigazgatók, mind pedig az ügyfelek felé.
  • Magas színvonalú ügyfélprezentációk elkészítése és magabiztos megtartása.
  • Folyamatos és proaktív kapcsolattartás az account csapattal (szükség esetén közvetlenül az ügyféllel is) az ügyféligények maximális kielégítése és a kiemelkedő szolgáltatásminőség biztosítása érdekében.
  • A stúdióval (grafikai megvalósítás) történő munka hatékony koordinálása az art directorral közösen.
  • Marketing szemléletű fordítói feladatok ellátása, különösen lokális adaptációk esetén (angol nyelvű anyagok kreatív átültetése magyarra).
  • Sokoldalú szöveggyártási feladatok, beleértve a hosszabb tartalmak kidolgozását és a social media platformokra szánt posztok megírását is

Elvárások

Ahhoz, hogy sikeres legyél ebben a felelősségteljes pozícióban, az alábbiakkal kell rendelkezned:

  • Minimum 3-5 év releváns tapasztalat senior szövegíróként, ügynökségi oldalon.
  • Magabiztos projektmenedzsment ismeretek és kiváló időmenedzsment készség, hogy több, párhuzamosan futó kreatívprojektet is képes legyél önállóan, end-to-end szemlélettel, a határidők betartásával menedzselni.
  • Folyékony, tárgyalóképes angol nyelvtudás (szóban és írásban egyaránt), amely elengedhetetlen a nemzetközi projektekben való részvételhez és az angol nyelvű anyagok kezeléséhez.
  • Kiemelkedő kreativitás, erős koncepcióalkotási képesség és kifinomult szövegírói készség.
  • Asszertív, ugyanakkor empatikus kommunikációs stílus, amellyel hatékonyan tudsz együttműködni a különböző belső és külső partnerekkel (accountok, kreatívigazgatók, ügyfelek).
  • Önálló, proaktív gondolkodásmód, ugyanakkor fontos, hogy csapatjátékos legyél. Legyél képes az ötleteidet megvédeni, de nyitottan fogadd a visszajelzéseket és az építő jellegű kritikát.
