The Opportunity:

As Commercial Coordinator, you will provide operational support in the implementation of all activity plans in a timely and highly compliant manner.

In this position, you will coordinate the daily operations of the Commercial (Marketing and Sales) organization and cross-functional activities with other company departments.

Key Responsibilities:

Support implementation of tactical plans, commercial activities.

Coordinate the flow of approval of commercial activities and the appropriate documentation in all internal systems.

Offer support to organizing internal and external events, congresses.

Keep contact with local authorities for a fully compliant deployment of all activities.

Ensure full support for project management related to commercial plans.

Essential Knowledge & Experience:

Solid background as commercial assistant, commercial coordination, commercial operations or similar role.

Fluent in Hungarian and English languages.

Knowledge of accurate administrational and documentational procedures.

IT competent and with ability to learn and use different systems.

Experience working in a Matrix structure.

Preferred Knowledge & Experience:

Previous experience in international pharmaceutical company or similar industries.

Education/Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent.

Additional information:

This is a permanent, full-time position.

Location: This position is based in Budapest, Hungary.

This position follows our hybrid working model. Role requires a blend of home and a minimum of 2 days per week in our Hungary office. Flexibility may be required in line with business needs. Candidates must be located within a commutable distance of the office.
