In the Hungarian development center with our engineering team of 1000 we are present as an innovative and significant partner in one of the fastest growing and most exciting segment of the automotive industry, in the field of electromechanical steering systems. With outstanding quality and high-tech developments we meet the needs of renowned car manufacturers and our developments can be found in 25 % of the manufactured cars all over the world. Our engineers work on new challenges that can change the future of automotive.

• Become part of a multinational and motivated HR team building a new Center of Excellence, with Learning as one of its key focus areas
• Shape and establish the Learning area within the broader Center of Excellence Learning, Development & Leadership Culture
• Define and implement the global learning strategy, governance, and operating model in alignment with business and HR priorities
• Partner with business units and HRBPs to identify learning needs, ensure alignment, and drive harmonization across divisions
• Design and roll out scalable learning solutions, including digital learning, leadership development, and functional capability programs
• Collaborate with the Global Operations & Digital Solutions Team to ensure efficient delivery and data-driven optimization of learning programs
• Drive the integration of skill management frameworks and learning technologies to enable a data-driven learning culture
• Ensure a consistent learner experience and global standards for content quality, accessibility, and measurement
• Lead cross-functional projects to enhance learning impact, analytics, and reporting
• Manage external learning vendors and strategic partnerships to ensure innovation and value creation
• Act as a thought partner and advisor to HR and business leadership on learning trends, skills of the future, and workforce capability development

• Proven experience (6+ years) in Learning & Development, Talent Management, or Organizational Development, ideally in a multinational environment
• University degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
• Strong understanding of learning strategy, instructional design, and digital learning technologies
• Experience working in or contributing to a Center of Excellence or similar global function, ideally in a transformation or scaling environment
• Deep knowledge of skill management, competency frameworks, and future skills development
• Excellent stakeholder management and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence across diverse business units
• Strategic mindset with strong analytical and conceptual capabilities
• Hands-on attitude with the ability to operate effectively in an evolving, complex, and fast-paced environment
• Fluent in English, German is a plus
