Procurement & Purchasing Coordinator

Join Us and Shape the Future of Smart Purchasing We're looking for a Procurement & Purchasing Coordinator who's ready to take ownership of supplier relationships, streamline purchasing processes, and help drive efficiency across our operations.

What You'll Do- Support supplier audits and onboarding of new vendors

  • Manage vendor ratings and performance improvement initiatives

  • Resolve supplier issues related to purchase orders, deliveries, or contracts

  • Lead cost, lead time, and quality improvement projects with suppliers

  • Create and update purchasing flows, policies, and strategies

  • Handle procurement strategy development, contract negotiations, and admin follow-up

  • Track and report key metrics to optimize spend and performance

  • Forecast market trends to identify risks and opportunities

  • Build strong, reliable partnerships with suppliers

  • Collaborate across departments to align purchasing with business goals

What We're Looking For- College or university degree (preferably in business, supply chain, or engineering)

  • At least 1 year of experience in a similar purchasing-related role

  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, SAP knowledge is a huge plus

  • Confident communicator in Hungarian and English

  • Organized, analytical, and proactive with great attention to detail
