16M HUF plus bonus of 1.8M HUF

A leading international company is looking to recruit an experienced Global Assignments Team Lead. This pivotal role involves overseeing the day-to-day operations of a growing mobility team, ensuring smooth relocation processes, compliance with immigration regulations, and first-class service delivery.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide both operational and strategic guidance to the mobility team.
  • Monitor team performance, address any issues, and create tailored development plans.
  • Manage workload allocation to meet service level commitments and ensure a positive employee experience for assignees.
  • Conduct regular 1:1s, give feedback, and contribute to annual performance reviews.
  • Act as the senior contact for global assignment matters when required.
  • Deliver a consistently high-quality mobility service to relocating employees.
  • Act as the main point of contact for all queries related to global assignments.
  • Ensure case handling meets agreed timelines and use data reports to track and present team performance metrics.
  • Manage relationships with relocation and immigration service providers, ensuring contractual obligations are met and escalating concerns where necessary.
  • Seek opportunities for process improvements and cost efficiencies across international operations.
  • Guarantee compliance with all relevant tax, immigration, and social security laws.
  • Take full responsibility for visa and immigration processes, ensuring adherence to national regulations.

Requirements
:

  • Professional fluency in English plus either German or Hungarian (all three languages preferred).
  • Proven track record in global mobility, expatriate management, or relocation services.
  • Hands-on experience working with external service providers in the mobility/immigration space.
  • Solid understanding of visa, immigration, and compliance requirements.
  • Previous leadership of at least 5 direct reports.
  • Strong communication skills and confidence in engaging with senior stakeholders.
