Epta International is a global leader in commercial refrigeration, offering sustainable and innovative solutions for the retail, food & beverage, and hospitality industries. We design, manufacture, and service a wide range of refrigeration systems and technologies that help our customers operate more efficiently and responsibly. With a strong presence across Europe and beyond, our Budapest office plays a vital role in supporting key business operations for EMEA markets.

As we continue to expand, we are looking for Croatian and Serbian-speaking colleagues to join our team in Hungary—whether you are just starting out or ready for your next professional challenge.

In which areas are we expecting Serbian/Croatian speaking new roles:

After-Sales Support (Customer Care)

Our after-sales team ensures that customer satisfaction continues well beyond the initial delivery. From handling service inquiries and supporting technical requests to managing the coordination and timely delivery of spare parts, our Budapest-based professionals provide dependable, high-quality support to our Serbian-speaking customers every day.

Commerce

We support our commercial operations by managing the full order management process, ensuring seamless communication between customers and internal teams. This also includes accounts receivable activities, helping maintain financial accuracy and smooth customer experience.

Who We're Looking For

· Fluent Serbian and/or Croatian speakers (written and spoken)

· Proactive people with a customer-focused, can-do attitude

· Organized, reliable team players who thrive in a fast-paced environment
