  Position Summary:    A Product Owner - Engineered materials is responsible for enabling the effective management of the development team's efforts with an increasingly complex and rapid development cycle.

Responsibilities:

YOU will be involved in the following tasks:   ‒Supports Backlog Management: Assists in creating, refining, and prioritizing the product backlog based on business value and technical feasibility ‒Translates Requirements: Works with stakeholders to gather requirements and convert them into clear, testable user stories ‒Facilitates Communication: Acts as a liaison between the development team and business to ensure clarity and alignment ‒Participates in Agile Management: Engages in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives ‒Monitors Progress: Tracks sprint progress and ensures deliverables meet acceptance criteria ‒Supports Product Vision: Helps maintain and communicate the product roadmap and strategic goals

Qualifications:

What YOU will bring to the team:   ‒Experience (3-5 years) as an Agile Product Owner or as a Project Manager with an engineering, chemistry, or material science education background is the ideal candidate ‒Excellent verbal and written communication ‒Detail oriented ‒Self-directed based on guidance from leadership ‒Azure Dev Ops (Microsoft project management software for development teams) experience is desirable but not required
