Bérszámfejtő pozícióba

Milyen feladatok várnak a leendő kollégára?

  • TB és Bérszámfejtési feladatok teljes körű ellátása
  • TB kifizetőhelyi feladatok menedzselése (táppénz, CSED, GYED, üzemi baleset)
  • Adó- és járulék bevallások készítése a hatóságok felé (NEAK, MÁK, NAV, KSH)
  • Munkaidő nyilvántartás kezelése
  • A napi munkavégzéshez szükséges munkajogi és egyéb jogszabályi változások nyomon követése, azok mindennapi munkavégzésbe történő beépítése
  • Kapcsolattartás a vezetőkkel és társosztályokkal

Melyek az álláshoz tartozó elvárások?

  • Szakirányú végzettség (TB – és bérügyintézői végzettség)
  • Legalább 5 év tapasztalat hasonló területen
  • Naprakész munkaügyi jogszabályok ismerete és azok gyakorlati alkalmazása
  • Felhasználó szintű számítógépes ismeretek (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Rendszerszemlélet
  • Kiváló problémamegoldó és kommunikációs képesség
  • Precíz, pontos, önálló munkavégzés
  • Nexon program ismerete
