A Műszaki Támogató Mérnök támogatja az értékesítési és növekedési kezdeményezéseket Kelet-Európában, Lengyelországban és a Balti államokban azáltal, hogy műszaki/tervezési támogatást és oktatási szolgáltatásokat nyújt a tűzoltó rendszerek területén.

A mérnök közvetlen kapcsolatban áll az ügyfelekkel, illetve az első vonalbeli ügyfélszolgálaton keresztül a fiókirodáinkban.

A Műszaki Támogató Csapat szorosan együttműködik az értékesítéssel, a globális funkcionális csapatokkal, például a termékmenedzsmenttel, és összehangoltan működik a globális műszaki szolgáltatások csoportjával.

Felelősségek

  • Műszaki és specifikációs támogatás nyújtása az értékesítési csapatnak és az ügyfeleknek
  • A tűzoltó rendszerek teljes termékkínálatának támogatása
  • Kapcsolattartás tanácsadókkal, tervezőkkel, projektmenedzserekkel és végfelhasználókkal
  • JCI szoftverek használata sprinkler rendszerek, habrendszerek és gázos oltórendszerek hidraulikai számításához és tervezéséhez
  • Tervezési szolgáltatások és tipikus rendszermegoldások mérnöki támogatása
  • Tanácsadás és projekt-támogatás JCI megoldások alkalmazásával nemzetközi szabványok szerint (pl. NFPA, FM, EN, VdS)
  • Projektcsapat tagjaként való részvétel nagy projektekben

Elvárt Készségek

  • Gépészeti vagy más műszaki végzettség
  • Tapasztalat a tűzvédelmi és tűzoltó rendszerek tervezésében nagy előny
  • Csővezeték-elrendezések előkészítése és értelmezése
  • AutoCAD ismerete, REVIT tapasztalat előny
  • Képesség a technológiai és üzleti koncepciók gyors megértésére és világos magyarázatára
  • Angol nyelvtudás
  • Jó kommunikációs és prezentációs készségek, problémamegoldó hozzáállás
