We're looking for a
Mid-senior Power BI Developer
to join our growing data & analytics team. If you love turning complex datasets into clear, impactful insights and want to work in a dynamic, forward-thinking environment, this role is for you.

What you'll do

  • Build and maintain
    Power BI dashboards and reports
    used by business leaders.
  • Connect, clean, and transform data using
    Power Query
    and
    DAX
    .
  • Design efficient
    data models
    and optimize report performance.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand reporting needs.
  • Manage report publication, access control, and refresh schedules in
    Power BI Service
    .
  • Work closely with data engineering/IT to ensure data quality and availability.

What we're looking for

  • 1–4 years of experience as a
    Power BI Developer
    or similar BI role.
  • Strong knowledge of
    DAX
    ,
    Power Query (M)
    , and data modeling.
  • Solid SQL skills and experience working with relational databases.
  • Understanding of ETL principles and data warehousing basics.
  • Ability to communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical teams.
  • Proactive attitude, problem-solving mindset, and ownership of your work.

Nice-to-have

  • Experience with
    Power BI Dataflows
    ,
    Fabric
    , or cloud platforms (Azure/AWS).
  • Background in finance, sales, or operational reporting.
  • Familiarity with version control (Git) and CI/CD for BI solutions.
