We're looking for Power BI professionals to join our client's growing BI & Analytics team.

  • Delivery focused roles: junior, medior, senior
  • Experienced BI & Analytics Team Lead.

Whether you're building dashboards or leading strategy, you'll help shape reporting solutions that support key business decisions.

What you'll do:

  • Develop, maintain, and optimize Power BI dashboards and reports
  • Translate business needs into BI solutions using T-SQL and Power BI
  • Ensure data quality, consistency, and clear documentation
  • Manage a skilled BI team, prioritize backlog, and oversee timely delivery
  • Communicate with stakeholders, ensuring alignment on reporting needs and strategy
  • Mentor BI Developers and support their growth

What we're looking for:

  • 3–5 years of BI/reporting development experience (Power BI, SQL)
  • Strong backlog management and stakeholder communication skills

  • Microsoft certifications (Power BI / Data / Azure) are a must-have

  • 1–3 years of team leadership or technical lead role (for Lead role)
