Job Title: Senior Post-Sales Technical Support Engineer – Reefer Containers

Role Overview

We are seeking a seasoned HVAC/Reefer Technician to join our team as a Senior Post-Sales Technical Support Engineer. This role is pivotal in ensuring high-quality technical assistance for reefer container clients post-deployment. You will leverage your hands-on expertise in refrigeration systems to diagnose issues remotely, guide clients through troubleshooting, and coordinate field service interventions with precision and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

  • Technical Client Support

  • Respond to client queries related to reefer container performance, alarms, and system behavior

  • Provide expert-level guidance on operational best practices, maintenance, and fault resolution
  • Maintain detailed service logs and client interaction records

  • Remote Diagnostics & Troubleshooting

  • Analyze technical issues using client feedback, system data, and historical service records

  • Conduct step-by-step troubleshooting over phone or video call, ensuring clarity and safety
  • Escalate complex cases with structured diagnostics to Field technical teams when required

  • Field Service Coordination

  • Assess when on-site intervention is necessary and deploy reefer technicians accordingly

  • Ensure technicians are equipped with the correct tools, spare parts, and service protocols
  • Monitor service execution, verify resolution, and follow up with clients for feedback

Qualifications & Skills

  • ITI/Diploma in HVAC, Refrigeration, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering
  • 3–7 years of hands-on experience with reefer containers (Carrier, Thermo King, Daikin, etc.)
  • Strong understanding of refrigeration cycles, electrical diagnostics, and microprocessor controls
  • Excellent communication and client-handling skills
  • Familiarity with service tracking tools and basic MS Excel
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple service requests
