Partnerünk elsősorban ingatlan befektetési alapokat kezel és a cégcsoport tagjaként nyújt befektetési lehetőségeket magán és intézményi befektetők részére egyaránt. Az Alapkezelő az ingatlanalapok mellett értékpapíralap tevékenységgel is foglalkozik.

Feladatok

  • Új alapok létrehozásának koordinálása, teljes folyamat-menedzsmentje
  • Kezelési szabályzatok felülvizsgálatának, módosításának koordinálása
  • Alapokkal, alapkezelővel kapcsolatos adatszolgáltatások koordinálása, monitoringja
  • Közreműködés befektetői riportok elkészítésében, javaslattétel riportok javítására, fejlesztésére
  • Termékfejlesztés és forrásbevonás támogatása
  • Ügyfelekkel, befektetőkkel való kapcsolattartás, részvétel befektetői rendezvények szervezésében
  • IT fejlesztések koordinálása, új rendszerek bevezetésében, fejlesztésekben való részvétel
  • MNB adatbekérése és ütemezett vizsgálatok koordinálása, részvétel a válaszadásban
  • Ingatlanfejlesztési és üzemeltetési projektek költségvetésének, ütemtervének szintetizálása a project management csapattal és az alapok CF tervének frissítése
  • Befektetési bizottsági előterjesztések készítése
  • Alapokkal kapcsolatos egyéb projektek vezetése, projektekben való aktív részvétel

Elvárások

  • Felsőfokú, lehetőleg pénzügyi vagy jogi végzettség
  • Legalább középfokú angol nyelvtudás
  • MS Office magas szintű ismerete
  • Jó kommunikációs képességek szóban és írásban
  • Erős problémamegoldó készség
  • Precizitás, részletekre odafigyelés
  • Jó koordinációs és szervezőkészség
