Position Overview

Join Diligent to bring bold, thoughtful design to products used by leaders worldwide. You'll work across teams to transform complex problems into elegant solutions. Shaping design direction, influencing strategy, and making a real impact from concept to launch.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end design process—from early discovery and ideation to high-fidelity visuals, prototyping, and developer handoff.
• Collaborate closely with fellow designers and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver cohesive and impactful experiences.
• Partner with Product stakeholders to ensure design work aligns with strategic goals and meets user needs.
• Advocate for design excellence, accessibility, and ethical AI practices across all touchpoints.
• Mentor junior designers and contribute to the evolution our team culture.

Required Experience/Skills:

• 5+ years of professional experience in product design, preferably in B2B or enterprise SaaS environments.
• Strong foundation in UX principles, interaction design, and visual design, with a portfolio showcasing end-to-end product work.
• Proficiency in Figma
• Fluent in English

Bonus Skills:

• Familiarity with integrating generative AI into product design
• Experience in mobile design

A portfolio of work demonstrating your design process and passion for design – online or pdf is required for consideration
