We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to join our team.

Your responsibilities

  • Analyze and document requirements for NetLine/Sched product solutions.
  • Conduct requirements analysis in close collaboration with customers.
  • Develop, align, and validate requirements together with customers.
  • Ensure customer-oriented solutions while considering underlying business processes.
  • Model business use cases and processes within an agile development framework.
  • Coordinate and align requirements with the NetLine Sched software development teams.
  • Create cost–benefit analyses.
  • Support customer projects throughout their entire lifecycle.
  • Take on additional tasks as required.

You are a great fit for this role if you have

  • A completed relevant university degree or an equivalent international qualification with several years of professional experience or
  • Completed relevant vocational training with several years of professional experience
  • or
  • In exceptional cases, equivalent theoretical and practical knowledge demonstrated through relevant training and professional experience.
  • Either solid knowledge of requirements engineering (with the willingness to learn Schedule Management)
  • or solid Schedule Management expertise (with the willingness to learn requirements engineering) or ideally both.
  • Strong understanding of relevant IT applications and processes.
  • Extensive experience in problem analysis, solution design, and requirements analysis.
  • Experience working with agile development methodologies.
  • Knowledge of common development standards and software engineering processes (an advantage).
  • Experience participating in IT projects.
  • High level of commitment, initiative, resilience, and flexibility.
  • Confident demeanor with the ability to represent the company internally and externally.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and assertiveness skills.
  • Strong customer and service orientation.
  • Very good analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
  • Ability to present complex topics clearly and concisely.
  • Intercultural competence.
  • Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
  • Willingness to travel and work on-site with customers, both domestically and internationally.
