We're seeking a
Senior Cloud & Identity Engineer
to join our partner's dynamic IT team supporting a global network of operations in the humanitarian sector.

Main responsibilities:

  • Architect, deploy, and maintain
    IAM solutions — including SSO, MFA, directory services, and privileged access management within Azure infrastructure
  • Design and automate
    identity lifecycle processes (onboarding, offboarding, and role-based access governance)
  • Provide advanced operational support
    for global cloud and virtualization environments
  • Ensure compliance
    with ITIL frameworks and security standards through regular audits and vulnerability assessments
  • Collaborate
    with cross-functional teams to align IAM solutions with organizational goals
  • Drive innovation and efficiency
    by introducing automation strategies and continuous process improvements
  • Mentor
    peers and junior engineers, fostering knowledge sharing and best practices

Required skills:

  • Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience
  • ITIL certification or proven experience working in ITIL-based environments
  • 5+ years of IT experience with expertise in IAM engineering, systems integration, or IT security architecture
  • Strong experience managing
    Windows and Azure identity infrastructure
    (AD DS, AD FS, Azure AD)
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience operating and configuring
    hybrid cloud environments
    (Office 365, Azure AD, Azure AD Connect, Web Application Proxy, etc.)
  • Proficiency in
    automation scripting
    (PowerShell, Python, etc.) and Azure infrastructure management
