Workplace: On-site (Hungary, Vecsés) and optionally Hybrid form after probation period with 2-3 days home office.
Short Description:
Equip-Test is seeking a motivated and experienced Inside Sales Representative to join it's team at our headquarters in Vecsés, Hungary. The role involves managing sales processes, achieving end-to-end sales objectives, engaging with leads both with cold and hot approach and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving. As part of the sales team, you will collaborate with various departments to meet sales targets and support business growth. This position requires strong organizational skills, CRM expertise, resilience, autonomy and a customer-focused mindset.
Responsibilities:
· Conduct high volumes of outbound cold (80%) and warm (20%) calls daily to generate new leads, qualify prospects and sales.
· Proactively source and identify potential customers through online research, business directories, and inbound lead follow-ups.
· Develop and maintain a pipeline of leads by nurturing relationships and scheduling follow-up calls.
· Understand customer needs and pain points to tailor sales pitches effectively.
· Maintain accurate records of all interactions, leads, and opportunities in the CRM systems for effective account management.
· Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly lead generation and appointment-setting targets.

· Use customer feedback to suggest improvements to sales strategies or new product features.
· Perform effective virtual product demos or presentations to engage prospects and showcase solutions.
· Coordinate with the field sales team to route qualified leads for further development and closure.
· Ensure compliance with company policies, including finance, legal, and sales procedures.
· Actively contribute to fostering a collaborative team environment while independently managing individual responsibilities.
Skills and Requirements:
· Advanced level English language skills is a must. Fluent spanish, french, italian or portugiese or slovakian is an advantage.
· Highly resilient and persistent attitude
· Strong verbal and written communication abilities
· Demonstrated ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
· Familiarity with sales processes, including lead generation, qualification, and closing techniques.
· Above the average persuasion and negotiation skills
· Experience with CRM software and MS Office tools.
· Good analytical and organizational skills.
· Additional other language knowledge is an advantage.
· Minimum of a high school diploma; a degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
