Nemzetközi, számviteli szolgáltatásokkal és üzleti tanácsadással foglalkozó partnerünk csapatába Release Manager kollégát keresünk, az alábbi feladatokkal:

A fejlesztői csapat sprintjeinek szervezése a fejlesztési roadmap alapján;

A fejlesztendő funkciók specifikálása, a fejlesztési ticketek megfelelő kitöltöttségének biztosítása;

Belső stakeholder management: határidők vállalása és betartása, az esetleges ütemezésben beálló változások jelzése;

Reakció a változó prioritásokra, a teljes csapat naprakészségének a biztosítása;

A tesztelő csapat koordinálása (teszt típusok kiválasztása, majd időbeli lefuttatásának megtervezése, levezetése);

Javaslattétel a release kiadására vagy visszatartására a teszteredmények alapján;

Release notes és known issues dokumentumok elkészítése;

A csapat fejlesztési módszertanának betartásának folyamatos ellenőrzése.

Elvárások:

Legalább 3-4 év IT projektmenedzseri / release menedzseri tapasztalattal rendelkezel;

Magabiztosan kommunikálsz angolul írásban és szóban egyaránt;

Rendszerszemlélettel és kiemelkedő time-managementtel rendelkezel;

Előnyt jelent, ha dolgoztál már Jira, YouTrack vagy hasonló ticketing rendszerrel.
