Responsibilities
Make an impact
- Provide second-level technical support for KUKA AMR products, focusing on AMR operation system software as well as the server application,
- Also support in AMR Hardware related topics,
- Act as a subject matter expert for KUKA AMS systems, supporting global customers,
- Troubleshoot complex issues using lab equipment and, when necessary, on-site at customer locations,
- Document all inquiries and solutions in the CRM system and Knowledge DB,
- Collaborate closely with, R&D, and Product Management teams for root cause analysis and product improvements,
- Conduct workshops and prepare technical bulletins for international service technicians,
- Manage quality and complaint processes (field observation, root cause analysis, corrective actions),
- In addition, you will always accompany the product development from a customer support perspective:- When specifying new releases, you contribute important requirements, like usability, diagnostic capability, status monitoring, etc.- You will accompany the development project and manage the field rollout:
- Sprint reviews, service concept, global knowledge transfer, application testing, requirements- and release-review, field test support,
- Provide project support for key customers when required,
- Consult customers in usage and treating above mentioned technologies.
Application Requirements
What you need to succeed
- Degree in Electrical Engineering, Information Technologies, or equivalent technical qualification,
- Experience in automation systems and networks,
- Fluency in Hungarian and very good English skills (spoken and written); German is a plus,
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills,
- High customer orientation and ability to work independently,
- Team player with excellent communication skills,
- Willingness to travel internationally,
- Project management experience is a strong plus,
- Strong networking skills and cultural competence for cross-border collaboration,
- Ability to work in a decentralized setup and integrate smoothly with the German and China team,
- Willingness to travel to Augsburg and China from time to time for knowledge exchange.
