Senior RtR Accountant

We are looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented Senior RtR Accountant to join our Go-to-Market Accounting Team. This role requires senior skills with appropriate professional experiences in accounting, ability of independent work and ability to make decisions on your own, good insight into the Go-to-Market processes.

What We Ask

• University or college degree in finance/accounting.
• At least 4-5 years of experience in General Ledger accounting at a multinational company or an SSC environment.
• Fluency in English is a must
• Strong stakeholder management skills & project management experience
• Experience with relevant Go-to-Market processes (freight, stock in transit, advertising and promotion, FI-COPA, TARO, rebate)
• Proactive attitude and participation in cross-border / cross-functional process improvement projects
• Excellent SAP knowledge, Excel knowledge
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to adopt change
• Responsibility and ownership mindset

Vacancy Description
You will be responsible for performing balance sheet reconciliations, supporting month-end close activities, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate financial reporting. Your role will also involve process improvements and stakeholder communication within global and local projects.

RtR Department offers interesting opportunities with supported career path. We are following the process-based structure. The role is opened in the Go-to-Market Team consists of 9 members and with direct report to the RtR Manager. Everybody in the team has the same structure of the activities what they are responsible for, the volume of the markets and the complexity of the tasks differentiate the levels within the team.

You are expected to contribute to the team's performance and ensure that the execution of Record to Report processes are in line with all relevant key point indicators and targets.

The financial reports need to be compliant to procedures and legislation, while at the same time you ensure quality and timeliness (first time right) of Record to Report output. As you like, you can contribute to the development of departmental policies and to the department's process and system improvement initiatives. In the end you will join a colorful office environment at a central location.
