EDI Specialist

Job Description

• Design, develop, and maintain EDI/B2B integrations using the Seeburger BIS platform.
• Onboard and support external customers in their EDI implementations.
• Analyze business and technical requirements to deliver robust integration solutions.
• Monitor and troubleshoot EDI transactions and message flows.
• Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., project managers, developers, support) and external stakeholders.
• Maintain documentation and ensure compliance with industry standards and customer requirements.
• Participate in continuous improvement of integration processes and tools.

Qualifications

• Proven experience with Seeburger BIS (Business Integration Suite) or similar EDI platforms.
• Familiarity understanding of EDI standards (EDIFACT, ANSI X12, XML, IDoc, etc.).
• Familiarity with communication protocols (AS2, SFTP, OFTP2, HTTP/S, etc.).
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple customer projects.
• Problem-solving and communication skills.
• Strong English skills (written and spoken).

Nice to Have

• German
• Experience with SAP integration (IDoc, RFC, etc.).
• Knowledge of scripting (e.g., Groovy, JavaScript) or basic programming.
• Familiarity with ITIL processes or ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira).
