Student Marketeer

Red Bull Student Marketeers are part of one of the world's most dynamic and exciting brand ambassador programs. They have a deep understanding of Red Bull's target audience and are responsible for building brand image and awareness on their university campus and within their region.

The program's goal is to reach new consumers, energize university life, increase sales, and strengthen Red Bull's presence among students. To achieve this, they engage directly with students, promote the drink through product sampling, and participate in Red Bull events to deliver unforgettable experiences to consumers.

Instead of a traditional 9-to-5 job, Student Marketeers prefer flexible working hours and enjoy working in a creative and inspiring environment. 

BE A PRODUCT AND BRAND AMBASSADOR

Live and breathe the brand's personality and company values, representing Red Bull in a premium way in all your day-to-day consumer and customer interactions.

Grow the user base by driving product trial and increasing brand awareness through the right sampling activities at the right time and place—while answering consumers' questions and addressing their concerns.

Create and execute a tailored, innovative university plan that engages students and brings the brand to life on campus.

Build and maintain a strong network by developing and nurturing relationships with key local individuals.

Increase brand engagement on your social media channels through authentic and creative content.

Work at Red Bull events and supported activations to deliver unforgettable brand experiences to consumers.

EXCELLENCE IN EXECUTION

Strive for outstanding execution and pay attention to every detail in all aspects of your work.

Share ideas and collaborate with the team through regular in-person and online interactions.

Plan and record your activities accurately and on time using the designated online platform.

Support media development by providing local insights, trends, and new opportunities.

BE A SALES EXPERT

Build strong relationships with local sales representatives to ensure Red Bull is available and visibly represented in stores.

Collaborate with the sales team to open new distribution points on and around your university campus.

Leverage the tools and assets of the Red Bull world to keep the brand top of mind with sales partners.

Ensure Red Bull products are displayed in stores according to defined brand standards.

• Possess a valid Category B driver's license.

• Excellent communication skills.

• Charismatic, energetic, positive, and open-minded personality.

• Able to easily connect with others and communicate effectively with different people in various situations.

• Actively involved in university life; have strong knowledge of your university, city, and region — including behind-the-scenes happenings and the most popular local spots.

• Creative thinker with an entrepreneurial mindset, strong sense of responsibility, and high level of initiative.

• Able to balance part-time work with studies, and ideally available to work evenings and weekends.

• Open to learning new skills, especially in marketing, negotiation, and sales.

• Well-connected with influential university communities and key individuals.

• Passionate about the Red Bull brand and product.

• Have event organization and project management skills, and enjoy working behind the scenes as well.

• A great team player with a collaborative spirit.
