FP&A Analyst

The position is based in Budapest. It will report to our Finance Business Partner, also located in Budapest.

FP&A Analyst

What you will be doing as a FP&A Analyst:

The core focus of the role is to perform analyses to provide insight and transparency on the drivers of the business performance and to support decision making.

Responsibilities:

• Preparation of regular and ad hoc reports, any analysis for the management related to the Czech market
• Assists with the development, implementation, monitoring, and revision of policies and procedures relating to the business. - Being familiar with the procedures and controlling/reporting tools of all AGRI profit centers, be able to substitute the members of the FP&A team
• Participate in the development of the ERP system (SAP R/3, BW), keep contact with support teams, and provide support to other Agri departments
• Preparing OPWC- operating working capital- reports and comments

What do we expect?

• University or College degree in Finance, Economics or Accounting; Master degree represents an advantage
• Minimum 3-4 year of experience in a similar position, multinational companies from agri field are preferred - Proven knowledge and experience in Controlling, Reporting & Analysis, Accounting
• MS Excel knowledge- at the least intermediate level
• Fluent in English and Hungarian
• SAP knowledge or other ERP is a plus
• Knowledge of Czech is also a plus
