Financial Analyst – FP&A / Controlling

Work place: 1113 Budapest, Daróczi út 1-3. A ép. II. emelet

Role Purpose:

To support financial planning, analysis, and reporting activities across multiple countries in the CEE region, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and alignment with corporate standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and consolidate budgets and forecasts for CEE entities
  • Perform monthly variance analysis and provide commentary
  • Maintain financial models for regional business units
  • Collaborate with local finance teams and business controllers
  • Support performance reviews and KPI tracking
  • Assist in cost center reporting and overhead analysis
  • Ensure compliance with corporate FP&A standards
  • Participate in process improvement and automation initiatives

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or Accounting
  • 3-6 years of experience in FP&A or controlling
  • Strong Excel and financial modelling skills
  • Experience with ERP systems (SAP is a clear advantage)
  • Fluent in English; knowledge of Slovak, Czech or other Slavic language is a big advantage
