Student - English-Speaking Customer Service Representative - Night shift

As part of our friendly, international team, you'll handle customer requests mostly via phone, but occasionally through email – directly from our office at night. We'll count on you to make every interaction smooth, helpful, and positive.
What you'll do- Assist customers and partners with product or technical questions
- Handle calls, chats, and emails with professionalism and empathy
- Troubleshoot issues, track cases, and make sure customers get clear solutions
- Escalate requests to the right teams when needed
- Follow data privacy and security rules
- Collaborate and communicate positively with your teammates
Requirements
What we're looking for- You're customer-focused, calm, and solution-oriented
- You speak and write English fluently
- You're organized, detail-oriented, and quick to learn
- You're comfortable using Microsoft Office tools
- You already have some experience in Customer Service or a BPO role — or you're eager to build it
- High school diploma and ongoing studies at the university
- Excellent English communication skills
- Availability to work night shifts on-site in our office
- Schedule: Night shift - you will have to work min. 20 hours / week between these hours - from 15:00 to 01:00;
- Location: This is an onsite position, and we are based in Debrecen, Vezér strt
