Customer Service Representative (Night Shift - On-site)

As part of our friendly, international team, you'll handle customer requests mostly via
phone,
but occasionally through
chat, and email
- directly from our
office at night
. We'll count on you to make every interaction smooth, helpful, and positive.
What You'll Do
- Assist customers and partners with product or technical questions
- Handle calls, chats, and emails with professionalism and empathy
- Troubleshoot issues, track cases, and make sure customers get clear solutions
- Escalate requests to the right teams when needed
- Follow data privacy and security rules
- Collaborate and communicate positively with your teammates
Requirements
What we're looking for
- You're customer-focused, calm, and solution-oriented
- You speak and write English fluently
- You're organized, detail-oriented, and quick to learn
- You're comfortable using Microsoft Office tools
- You already have some experience in Customer Service or a BPO role — or you're eager to build it
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent (college studies preferred)
- Excellent English communication skills
- Availability to work night shifts on-site in our office
Working mode and location
- Schedule: Night shift (from 15:00 to 00:00)
- Location: This is an onsite position, and we are based in Debrecen, Vezér strt
