IT működés és szervezet kialakítása

– nagy külföldi telekommunikációs vállalat IT-operációjának és szervezeti struktúrájának kialakítása, összehangolása

TV platform integrációs projekt

– egy hazai telekommunikációs szolgáltató új TV-platformjának integrációja

  • Szenior szintű IT projektmenedzsment tapasztalat nagyvállalati vagy telekommunikációs környezetben
  • Önálló és magabiztos fellépés
  • Több ember munkájának koordinálása, a határidők betartása érdekében, projekt szervezet vezetése
