Privileged Access Management Project Manager

Our partner is a global leader in the banking sector, serving more than 200 million clients worldwide. It was one of the first international shared service centers in Hungary, presently facilitating services for 95 countries on a global level.
Tasks
The Privileged Identity Management program focuses on implementing risk-based controls to manage privileged access. We are seeking a Project Manager with experience in the policies, processes, and technologies used to manage privileged access. The Project Manager is tasked with supporting and delivering program and project efforts aimed at improving, standardizing, and streamlining processes and governance practices in the
Information Security Identity and Access Management
domain.
Responsibilities include:
- Managing projects through their complete lifecycle.
- Taking responsibility for business analysis and management support on program-driven initiatives.
- Interacting with global IT partners and security personnel.
- Gathering and analyzing data from multiple sources; developing reports and key risk indicators.
- Communicating project plans and status updates to stakeholders and management.
- Documenting and maintaining program-related training and awareness materials.
- Facilitating discussions, conducting meetings, and driving initiatives to conclusion.
- Consulting with stakeholders to gather and document requirements.
Expectations
- Minimum 4-7 years' experience
in project management and business analysis with a structured methodology. - Experience in developing and presenting metrics for a large program.
- Proven ability to work independently in a multi-tasking environment.
- Knowledge of
data engineering principles
and the
software development lifecycle
. - In-depth knowledge of technology, security, risk, and compliance best practices, preferably in the
Identity and Access Management
discipline. - Experience with
CyberArk
or other privileged access management solutions. - Knowledge of authentication and authorization techniques, processes, and protocols.
- Advanced analytical problem-solving skills, including the ability to analyze datasets and present to senior management.
- Experience managing both process improvement and software development projects.
Advantages
- Prior experience with automation and orchestration projects is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, data analytics, or a similar field is preferred.
- Strong communication skills and facilitation experience across all levels of leadership.
